Benefits/changes to U7137-9r13.crom?

I am considering downloading the U7137- 9r13crom but, due to all the posts I see regarding problems people run into when changing croms, I'm reluctant to mess with my Predator unless there a reasonble benefit.

Would you please give me a quick summary of the cahnges incorporated in the 9r13 crom?

Is the performance of the 87,89,91, or 93 octane tune improved?

Have there been any tweaks to the transmsision performance?

Can shift firmness be adjusted?

what version are you using now?

I don't have it with me but I believe it is the 9r09. It was the latest release you had available in July, 2010 for the Dodge Ram (Gas).

the tunes have been improved since then, I'd update for sure.

My Predator has the 9r12 version in it, is there any advantages to update to the 9r13 crom? I was just wondering, b/c Im having a little trouble accessing the serial port, to upload it.

What is the difference between the 9r12 crom and the 9r14 crom? I'm having a hard time, trying to upload the update. Just wondering whether its worth my time.

9t14 fixed part throttle shift points and added the trans temp pid back to the logging menu.

I have the 9r14.crom and being new to using a DSP, was wondering why I can't adjust the transmission except under the stock tune? Am I missing something obvious?

Question. When i previously updated my diablo i was told that i needed a limited crom updatd because my hardware was old and i wasnt able to use the regular update. Would this new update work on my predator, or will i have the same problem as last time?
