Drivers wont install

i am running Windows 7. the drivers are not installing when i plug the tuner into my computer. the dialog box tells me to right click and run as admin.. 'run as admin' is not an option. what am i missing here?
it does appear as the tuner is getting update though.

any help would be great!

From your desktop, plug in your inTune and wait for it to fully boot.
-if any popup windows open, simply close them
-once the intune is fully booted leave it sit this way
-left click once on the START button lower left corner of your desktop
-look for and left click once on COMPUTER, a new window will open
-on the left side of screen scroll down until you find COMPUTER, left click once on the +, it will expand and show all your drives
-look for "CD drive ( )Diablosport", left click once on it
-now in the center panel there will appear a bunch of files, right click once on the "inTune" file
-a new popup box will appear and from that click on the "RUN as ADMINISTRATOR"
- you may get another popup here "USER ACCOUNT CONTROL" just click on YES and you should be good to go!
- Now be patient and allow your device to have lots of time to update and reboot

i followed these direction and still ended up with a fail. the tuner appears to be 'recovery mode'.
how would i go about correcting this.

recovery mode happens in the vehicle, has nothing to do with the driv ers, did it fail to finish loading a tune?
let it restore hte backup to the vehicle then try again.

i got it to work and now my intune updater sits at DO NOT UNPLUG updates loaded to intune it will reboot automatically , been sitting there for about an hour. then i got on the intune and look at version and it says 1r02C im pretty sure i heard of a new one thats not that...WTF?
