I sent an email earlier with my info.xml file information, but it was just a copied readout of the file. After reading further posts by others with the same problems, it looks to me like I would need to attach the actual file itself, which I can't do via the technical support contact email I sent earlier. So here is my info.xml file. Hopefully this makes sense to you and I don't have to repeat what my problem is updating the calibration and non-supported vehicle prompts.
Here is the file

Re: Sent an email earlier i1000 problems
This is for my 2005 300C 5.7 Hemi. I rec'd the intune Friday, updated it on the PC which took about 45 minutes for the update, had to try it twice, and then registered it, plugged it into the car, said that PCM calibration for (my vin) may need an update and to connect it to the computer (again)??? When I did this, a window popped up and said error contact tech support. Does this every time I tried, it was the same error message. Retried plugging it into car, and instead of touching the green checkmark I touched the red "X", and then it said the vehicle is not supported. Contact Diablosport

Drag/drop the registration file to the intune drive, and let it import the file
Then, open the intune drive up again and drag/drop the .drg file to the intune drive, and it will load the update to the tool.
Go to the car then click tune vehicle/write vehicle, and it will load the cal update then it will let you load the tunes.

Re: Sent an email earlier i1000 problems
Looks like that worked! Now my question is....the only thing that I want to do right now is turn of the mds system so it doesn't switch to 4cyl mode. Where do I find this please! Is it under tcm. I am a total newbie at this. Just the mds disable for now.
Re: Sent an email earlier i1000 problems
now the thing is threw 4 cel codes and it runs like crap. Shuddering all the time. Tried to reinstall stock tune and still running rough. Installed the mpg tune, throws a 1417 code cylinder issues. This is terrible.
Re: Sent an email earlier i1000 problems
Hmmm. pulled fuse #11 for a minute and now the thing is running fine, exactly as it did before I started to mess with this tuner. I don't understand this, but I don't think I'm going to mess with it anymore. I guess I can live with the mds activated.
