Predator U-7198. v9r17. 99 Corvette C5

I have what is stated above. I have an automatic transmission and want to cjange from my 2.73 gears to the 3.42.
I have the 3.42 rear waiting. Does the U-7198 have the provisions to change the computer so it will accept the larger ratio rear??
Also, is the v17 the latest update or do I need to download a newer version.
I have been using the "Diablotune" for a while now, and LOVE your products
