Intune update

I just purchased the in tuner and it did an automatic update and hasnt rebooted or anything its just stuck on the same blank screen for over an hour. Is there something wrong or did I do something wrong cause its going on 2 hours now

It says do not unplug but it has been 2 hours now just wondering if this is normal

I cant even get this thing to start on my pc correctley now the screen says preparing but I cant find it on my computer anymore.. I went to my car hit the write tune to write the original to send to Bama tunes and its not in the tunes section and now I cant even get it to work

It's saying writing and I dont know what it's doing can you tell me I'm new at this..

it is updating to all the latest updates... leave it.. do not unplug it....
