Theres no such thing as a "good setup". Each car is different. Locations are different. You need to log and adjust things to get them right for your car and motor, where you are. What works on one, will not work right on another. Thats why they give the ability to adjust things. If they were all the same the tunes could just be set to work best and it would work great for all cars in all places.

Don't just make blind changes. You'll blow up the motor. You need to log first, see whats happening and adjust accordingly.
