New tune will not load

Just received new DCX for my 2011 R/T. Down loaded updates as instructed during my registration if I use 2011 as the year only GM vehicles show in the drop down but if I use 2010 as the year then Dodge vehicles show. So I used the 2010 year and proceeded from there. Since I have an 2011 is this why I can't load the new tune in my Challenger? I have tried 4 times to install this program and I get the same result each time. After making all the choices it starts to put in the new tune and after about four times of cycling the key it says failure to write, am I missing something here? Each time before the new tune goes in I turn off the key as instructed but when I turn it back on nothing happens no chimes nothing in the dash either. I hope you don't have to be a rocket scientist to install this cause if you do I'm screwed. Any help would be appreciated.

Just got off of phone with Tech support and he told me to not cycle the key during installation of the program so I tried it and it worked. I never turned the key off and just pushed the green check and it installed fine. Going to work now going to see how much difference it made.

Drove Challenger to work today with the new tune adjusted throttle boost to 5 and firmed up the shifts and the car was very responsive.
On my way home I shifted manually with the loud pedal fully floored and she moved out like a stripped assed ape way to go Diablo.
I cant leave well enough alone so in the next few days will tinker around with the other parameters and see what happens.
