a tune question

OK so im running the 91 tune.. i wanted to change some perimeters..i go in an hit perimeters and get it all set up then it ask to load the 91 again.am i to assume its reloading the 91 with my set up...?

you pick the tune, then modify the tune, then install the tune you picked and modified...
