Factory Tune?

I am sending my Intune back for my 30 day money back guarantee. I wanted to be sure that I have in fact, restored my vehicle to it's factory settings. When I hit restore to factory settings, the intune successfully wrote the original backup on to my car. I wanted to be sure this is the case. This is some of the information that is on my Vehicle Info on the device:

However, it still has the calibration I.D and my vehicle VIN. Am I back at factory? And do I need to delete my vehicle VIN as well before I ship the Intune? Do I also need to reset my registry?

P.S: I've also checked my logs and tunes folder after restoring to factory, and there is nothing there now. So I assume I am back to stock
