issues with new tuner

Hello,

Just bought the tuner but seem to be having some issues with updating and getting everything going. I have a mac but used a friends pc and everytime i would try to download an update it would come up with an error even after running as an adminstrator " please disconnect and recconect tuner." I also plugged it in to the car (2000 mustang gt ) and everytime it would try to determine vehicle info it would freeze up. I tried looking through the forum for some answers but no luck. any help would be greatly appreciated to get it up and going

he tool is missing a few files.
Id suggest trying the updater on a PC again, or manually load these files to the intune drive and let it import them one at a time.

Thanks for the quick reply ! I uploaded the updates but every time i try add vehicle vin it freezes it still. here is the file after updating the three files. it still shows that it is not registered if that helps

reload the vin file, it took the other two.
