CMR new Harddrive will not open

New harddrive installed in laptop, tried to open CMR and just get a circle waiting and nothing happens. Uninstalled everything, reinstalled just the Version 4.7.0.92a and still won't open from the desktop shortcut. Tried the 5.0 update, same. Tried the 4.9.0.1 update and still won't open.

try running as admin.

admin, compatability mode, etc. no luck. uninstalled and reinstalled mulitple times, refuses to open. Maybe some registry settings, but I would not know where to start with that.

mixing 47092/4901 with 5.0 can be a mess.

id uninstall 5.0 first off, then do 47092 and then 4901 from scratch.

Reloaded Windows now I just need the program registered Hardware Id 803DEC0B-94B7
