Fuel/Spark

Post by sizzle06 »

Im currently running a custom email tune and I have been adding spark and fuel,my question is,is it ok to keep adding both as long as im not getting knock?Im doing it in small increments and im not seeing any knock.

Thanks,

Not without a dyno and knowledge of what you're doing. Have you looked at your fuel trims? Your O2s? Knock is not the only thing that matters.

When you are checking your data logs for knock, make sure your looking in the open loop areas. Also make sure that these are nice long open loop WOT runs, not just jolts of throttle.
