Missing the .exe file to update for first time

I have a 2005 dodge magnum rt
Completely stock other some flowmaster super 40 mufflers, BBK 85mm throttle body, BBK Blackout Series Cold Air Induction
I just got the Intune today and I plugged it into my computer and when the file opens with Autoplay there is no .exe file for the updater.
I have searched the boards here and cant find any help that has worked.
There is no information in the Logs folder or the Tunes File.
There is a file called DIABLO-cd.iso.pz.....when I select it windows tells me there is no program to open it
There is a file called FileIntegrity.DB3.pz....when I select it windows tells me there is no program to open it

This is all the info I have that I am aware of..Im new to these Car Tuners but its weird how I bought this and it basically doesn't work yet anyways.
Any information I would appreciate. I will be calling to try to get help with this but I wanted to post it to see what help I can get.

the auto play should be the updater, what happens when you let that run?
you can delete the .pz files.

when autoplay comes on there is two options to choose from...first one says open folder..when i select that thats when i see the folders..logs and tunes...those .pz files and info....the other option just say....you this device as a file backup...thats all i can select from.....i run windows 7 64 bit

and i there is no cd rom option when i go to my computer either....is there a disk that should of came in the box ?

i tried hooking into my car but of course the device says i need to update after it took info from my cars computer
