acquiring info

Intune gets to acquiring veh. info and just hangs there. will not go any further just shows acquiring veh info
this is on 2002 mustang

Try on my desktop and still would not work. Desktop has been used before fore data logging trinity predator and intune.

what version of DV?

Tool did auto update this morning and DV version is 3.09

Are you trying to playback the datalog that you recorded? If so, try saving the log, located in the logs folder on the intune drive, and open them in dataviewer.

I had already done that and it would work with limited data but also would give message of critical error before being able to play. I really would like to beable to do live data log on laptop. I am loging on my genesis now it does fine just not able to download and view.
