2013 Chrysler 3.6L tunes for the InTune I1000-DCX

Hi, I recently bought an InTune I1000-DCX only to find out it only supports 2011-2012 and I should have bought a Trinity T-1000 instead When will there be updates for the InTune I1000-DCX for 2013 Chrysler vehicles?

We are working on it now shouldn't be to much longer.

See you and I are in the same boat... as I am sure others are as well. They should have a trade in system in place for us that bought the Intune for our 2013 vehicles. But now have no way to tune it unless we buy the Trinity and spend alot more money . We could trade our Intune in on a Trinity "for a Fair & reasonable deal" and then everybody is happy.

Im sure the retailer you purchased it from would let you return it and order a Trinity...

I ordered it online from the website..how can I get a refund. I bought mine in MARCH though and actually sold my Jeep...the InTune is still in the original box

Mike that's not the point and you know it.
I don't want to pay an additional $200 + bucks for child like gauges and 1/4 mile data, I just want to tune the car and drive it.
The decision for limiting updates to the Trinity first is purley a revenue driven one and one that is in complete contrast to what the customers and market place wants.
You should release updates for both options similtainiously and let the market determine what it wants.

Your website says you want customer feedback, that is mine and I will continue to wait for the update for inTune.

You have to understand that the device is still being tested. If we release the tune before it's ready you would be on the forum complaining that it wasnt tested enough. Please be patient. If you have to have it today, the trinity is supported and working.
