Throttle/Transmision unresponsive 13 SRT Charger

i dont know whats up but it is happening again. i installed the 91 tune to see if it was happening there too but it was, when i reinstalled the one you gave me it was still happening, now on alll tunes but stock. can you help please.

what is happening again exactly?

my transmission will just not respond with the canned tunes. won't downshift unless you apply 75% plus throttle position. got a hemi fever tune in hopes here could remedy but he says there is no control over it yet. don't get it, doesn't happen in stock tune. I'm in south florida and want to do a dyno tune, can you do this.
