Original Backup Help!

I have tried to backup my original files twice on my 13 Charger R/T with no luck. Any ideas?

did you just speak to Mike M in tech?

They are going to tell you to keep trying with it hooked up to a trickle charger until it works. It could take up to 50 times. Also, leave your driver's door open.
