origonal backup issue !!!!

I am not able to restore the original backup

Challenger SRT 2012 using trinity
Please Help

are you receiving and specific messages? What are you entering to restore back to factory?

I am not receiving anything

it just reload

I am going to tunes than selecting original backup

go to options/troubleshooting and select restore original backup. Does that go through?

There is a newer version of the software but they need to talk to you to walk you through how to fix it. Try setting up an appointment to call them so they can help you.
