Can you go from 91 octane tune straight to 93 octane tune or do you have to restore original first ?

You do not have to restore the original tune.

I was running a 93 tune 12 Challenger RT 6 speed with Mopar CAI and flow master 440s and was getting a serious engine knock when I accelerated hard did some research put the 91 tune in the car and running 93 octane gas cars is a beast runs much better....

I car runs best on 93 octane and the 91 tune, I think most 93 octane gas is not up to the 93 tune.
