dealer flashed my 93cai tune 2010 challenger

Long story the dealership said they flashed my tcm when I went in for a oil change because I told them it seemed to shift very quickly when in drive I didn't ask them to but anyway, after that the car wouldn't rev over 4000 got into my 7135 and it said I needed an update, faxed a receipt to you downgraded the program from D to C and the car would rev again but would sputter as soon as I shifted up anytime above 3000 rpm the higher the rpm the worse it would sputter. Changed shift points and rev limit in drive and the problem stopped. Now I put a procharger on the car and this problem has reemerged but when I change shift points & rev limits the problem is still there. It seems that when the tuner was reset that something wasn't right because originally I was running the 93cai tune with no modifications and had no problems, only after the dealer flash I had to go in and run a modified tune. I understand that procharger writes their own programs using your software but they have no answers and the problem was there before the procharger tune was put in I was just able to modify the 93 cai tune to make it stop but would rather run an unmodified tune and again I can't do anything to make it stop with the procharger tune. ANY help with this would be appreciated. Car is a 2010 challenger r/t 5.7 5 speed auto

sounds like the tuner needs to adjust the tune, or you need to reset parameters in the tool maybe?
