Aggressive exhaust note during deceleration on SRT4?

Post by djkomplex »

Can the factory tune have the aggressive exhaust during decel added to it like the staged pcms have? I see there is a company offering pcms but who really wants to be without their car for 1-3 weeks? Here is my tune if someone wants to have a go at it or can intune on change the WOT tunnig?

As much as I'd rather not, here you go. I am not a fan of that.

Your awesome! I appreciate it! Its one of the characteristics the SRT is known for. I thought it actually served a purpose, doesn't it spray extra fuel on the cylinder after it fires to cool it down and the extra that goes into the cat is what makes it pop?

I wish they would come out with Vin locked single user licenses of CMR. I would pay 500 for it. There are no shops near me that have it they all want to use the handheld and it doesn't have the resolution I need. I need like 500 rpm increments.

Actually with the dfco enabled it seems to be saving more fuel. I just filled up when I installed the new tune so I will post up the gains next time I fill up and figure up my mpg.

How do I install this on my intune and it's this a modified diablo tune that comes preloaded?

I downloaded the file and copied it to my tunes folder on the intune and it a message popped up on the intune saying it was copied to it but when I plug it in the only two tunes that pop up are the diablo tune and modify stock tune

Bumping an old thread....
I have a custom tune from a tuner on the SRT forums and the car still doesn't pop. The car's AFRs dip in to the 12s and I have an open exhaust. I'm wondering if that is TOO much fuel and it is quenching the pops? Are you capable of tweaking his tune for me as well, or is it locked and you can't use your magical diablo powers?
Here is my tune
