2014 Wrangler, Intune says incompatible vehicle

I know it is Xmas eve, but since I just got this hoping I can get a reponse somewhat soon. Just picked up the Intune I-1000-DCX, updated the unit on my computer, then went and plugged it into my 14 Wrangler Unlimited and it told me my vehicle was incompatible. What is the next step here? This is supposed to be the correct tuner for this vehicle.

DCX Tune Db 1r01j(ok)
DCX PID Db 1r01a(ok)

PS, I cannot unplug the OBD cable from the tuner either, feels like I have to really yank on it, and I dont wont to break this thing, any advice there as well?

is the tool asking for a calibration update? If so, hit the green check, unplug from the vehicle and plug into a PC with internet to update.

Id did say I may need to update it, but I had updated it right out of the box before I did anything. I will try and run it through the update again and see what happens.

Ok plugged into my pc and it installed a calibration update, which I am now loading into the Jeep. Is that something that has to be done before I can load a tune just this one time? I may answer my own questions as I progress here!

Ok all is good. Wish I would have known about having to plug it back into the pc even after I had updated it. Now to drive and see how I like the results!
