Backup in tool appear to be corrupt!

NEED support over here !

My t1000 was working fine since almost a year but i suddenly got this error

Cant modify any tune or load or put back my OEM tune!

the other error is " Not tuning vehicle because of backup (4)

ill attach my original backup tune

please help me
