Intune won't show up anywhere

i just got one for my f350 diesel. i plugged it into my truck and it says it needs to do a PCM update. I try to connect it to my macbook and nothing shows up in finder anywhere. Can some one please help me figure this issue out I really wanna get this working

Im not sure who you are cursing at, but we dont work on weekends. I bet there are several users here who could have helped, but not with that attitude.

Plugging into a Mac will allow access to the external drives, but the auto updater will not run, best bet would be to plug it into a PC to auto update.

yeah, it won't auto-update on a MAC haha.... Windows PC only...

i didn't say anything about auto-update. i said its not even showing up in finder or anything. and i have used a PC and its doing the same thing. its not finding any added devices. and i apologize for the attitude but i was seeing other posts being replied to and there was 12 views on this and not one word of help
