Freezing while monitoring

I have been having some trouble and wondering if anyone has had the same problems. When I select the monitoring screen on my Trinity and I try to proceed to a new page of gauges it will freeze up and will no longer let me do anything no matter what button I press.

I am having the same issues. So far the tech support has given me nothing that helps and I have wasted hours I'll never get back trying to figure it out! Hopefully it can be fixed soon or I'll return it, what a shame. I was so excited to finally get it.
My car is a 2013 Challenger 392 6 Speed if this helps.

for now, simply removing the inj PW PID from the layouts should resolve it,.

I am very displeased with the lack of effective answers from the representatives of Diablosport. It is clear that people have been having these problems for longer than myself, still without a solution.

Be honest if there is not a fix or if you don't know how to fix it.

fix is already done, but there was a new bug where the tunes were missing, we'll have it sorted asap.

Love the support here. Took a few hundred people to complain before anything was done about the freezing. Looking forward to the "fix"

Any luck on this yet? Mine freezes on page 1 and 2 of the monitoring screen. Gets rather annoying.

Will you please provide an update on how the issue will be resolved. I've emailed [email protected] numerous times and each individual has failed to provide me with details. I understand that there are many issues and I'm sure your team is very busy, however, "It will most likely be repaired" is not an acceptable response. I appologize for being curt, but I just want my expensive product to function as intended.

I promise, we meant to have it last week. They are chasing a bug and should have it soon.
