Question; is the 2013 2500 Powerwagon in the Trinity programming or is it the 2013 2500 Ram that's in the programming?
Not getting much luck on the confidence factor to plug my New Trinity in to proceed or not?

Re: 2013 RAM 2500 Power Wagon
any issues would be related to using the quick adjust finctions, if you avoid them (tire size/axle ratio/tc disable) you wont have any issues.Dalueg wrote:Question; is the 2013 2500 Powerwagon in the Trinity programming or is it the 2013 2500 Ram that's in the programming?

Re: 2013 RAM 2500 Power Wagon
Mike,
You told me I wouldn't have any problems. There was no qualification as to what features or functions would break my truck. Then you guys said you would have a fix 'shortly'. I am still waiting. Your QA and QC have proven to be inadequate at best and your word that things will not go wrong is just irresponsible. The truth is that you have no idea what will or will not break until it happens to somebody and they report it. If you hadn't given your word that nothing would break I would not be in this situation.
Either provide a fix for the damage your product did to my truck or pay for the dealer to fix it.

What happened to this? Why has it not been fixed and why no updates of any kind? My truck has not worked correctly in over 2 months!garrett wrote:we have some test files we're working on, we should have a release this week.

Mike,
You are providing answers for when new vehicles will be added. When are you going to fix existing vehicles?

J, you may have better response if you email them. In my experience, it is hard to get a quick answer/response on the forum.
Re: 2013 RAM 2500 Power Wagon
Any info on what is in the 1r11a update and does it address my issues?

Nope, 1r11a just made things worse. No ABS now and 'service trailer brake' message. Sent a support request. We'll see what happens with that.

Dealer ended up having to replace 'Body Control Module' and entire radio head unit. I'd really love to get my money back... Considering legal action.
