HELP!!!

Just purchased a Diablo T1000 I plugged it in and tried to install a preset tune. It saved my backup but had an error installing the tune. Now It is trying to restore my backup and is having a error doing that. comes up with error -128. Now my headlights are stuck on and pickup will not turn over. What can I do.

Do you have a battery charger? Crazy things can happen if the voltage drops too low while flashing a tune.

Yep tried that. I have tried almost everything. I have tried to reinstall it a dozen times. Get the same error code -128 every time. No tech support on weekends is dumb. I have to work during the week and now don't have a vehicle to drive. Deffiently second guessing using this tuner once I get my vehicle fixed. Kinda stupid when you spend this kind of money on something
