While on hold it says there is a chat button at the top right hand corner??? where the hell is that at. I smell False Advertising

well finally a reply from somewhere. I need to have a label to get this off by 3:30 pm central time because that is when FedEx leaves our town. I live in North Dakota don't have a local FedEx. otherwise I will have to wait until Tomorrow and then WOnt get my PCM back until Monday and Kind of Need my Pickup this weekend.

Well I did receive my PCM back today. I just got it all plugged back in and weird truck started just fine but none of the gauges on my dash work? My odometer flashes on at me and then goes away my radio does not work or my heater. Please explain to me why I am having this problem when I get my PCM back from Diablo?
