New Update?

2005 Pontiac GTO. Mods: Vararam intake and resonator removed in exhaust.
I bought a Intune a week ago and first plugged it into my pc and it said it was updated. I then went to the car and loaded the Diablo tune and it went well and I can feel a diff.
Last night I plugged the tuner into my pc and it updated to a tune called 1r01x.
Do I need to plug the tuner back into my car to update the Diablo Tune? Do I first have to reload my stock tune then load the Diablo Tune again?
Then what I would like to do is do a data log for Diablo to look at. What do I need to do to do it? I understand the tuner part on how to record, but not the PC part.
what is a good way to do a log. should I drive around the neighborhood and accelerate hard sometimes? I have small streets I can drive slowly on and one main road to WOT on.

no, the new updates were to add support for some new calibrations, the tunes for you car will not likely change anytime soon...
