connect your intune to your PC and see if it updates...

won't be anything new after now, since they're closed for the weekend...

force check for any updates... if the auto updater comes up and just says it's up to date, then go to the top menu UPDATE - and click on Check Now and it will force it to check for any other updates....

don't know if there's a problem, don't know what vehicle you have, or what your issue is, since you haven't posted about it haha...

as for any fix you're waiting for, I don't know how long it would be.. I don't work down there at Diablosport... I'm a consultant for them, about 2000 miles away.. and any fix you're waiting for, that's something for their engineering department to do...

I have a 2011 challenge r/t, before updating it would let me do everything I needed, but after the update I couldn't turn off trac control, would load for 10% then fail, and wouldn't let me update tire size or gear ratios, so the engineers were to look at it and when I called on Friday Garrett said it should be up right after lunch, but it wasn't up so I tried today but still no new stuff. im patient, I can still use the other functions but for track purposes and some fun id like to shut of traction control....lol

I have tried to update my InTune but everytime it says, "DO NOT UNPLUG!! Updates loaded in inTune. It will reboot automatically. This process my take several minutes, please be patient." I attached a pictures of the what the updater is doing. It just sits there. I have left it alone for hours but nothing changes. My vehicle is a 2013 Chevy Suburban with a CAI.

Here is my Firmware info:

Application: 1r03m
DCX Tune Db: 1r01b(ok)
Ford Tune Db: 1r01n(ok)
GM Tune Db: 1r01s(ok)
DCX PID Db: 1r01a(ok)
Ford PID Db: 1r01b(ok)
GM PID Db: 1r01a(ok)
DTC Db: 1r01c(ok)
VIN Db: 1r01c(ok)
Info Db: 1r01b(ok)

Is my inTune up to date? IF not what can I do?

Here is what I have.

Application : 1r03h
DCX Tune Db: 1r01b(ok)
Ford Tune Db: missing (c)
GM Tune Db: 1t1bb3(ok)
DCX PID Db: 1r01a(0k)
Ford PID Db: 1r01a(ok)
GM PID Db: 1r01a(ok)
DTC Db: 1r01a(*)
VIN Db: 1r01c(ok)
Info Db: 1r01b(*)

What do I need and how do I install it since neither computer seems to recognize that the Intune needs an update.
You can go to the first page of this thread and drag and drop the updates to the intune and update it that way.

I don't think that's the latest update. You may need to either let the tuner sit and finish its process...or you can do the drag and drop from the first page of this thread...drag the update over to the intune folder and it will update that way.
