Trinity made my car Crazy

I had some problems with my Trinity freezing up while recording. I did the update, like Mikel said in the freezing up thread. Now for a couple times, when trying to log. My '11 Charger
went crazy. Every warning light on the dash came on, with a "no buss" msg. along with the wipers coming on. Also the starter on/off button would not respond. After I disconnected the Trinity, all was normal. I tried to monitor & log again. Everything worked normal. What do you think is going on here?

I've had nothing but issues with my Trinity as well. Can't even get the tool to remarry to my truck('13 Ram 1500). Your guys there have been trying to figure it out. Just wondering if the freezing of the Datalog, gauge layout pages, etc would have anything to do with it?

its all related on the latest versions, fix is coming.

1r11 is the fix and was released yesterday

i downloaded the 1r11 tonight couldnt pull stock tune to the tool,had to go to modify stock tune to get the factory tune,but b4 that when i would try to install the 93 perf tune it kept coming up pcm error did that 3or 4 times,finally got the 93 tune installed nothing worked fcw blindspot monitor speedo it worked flawless until i downloaded the 1r11 this is on the 11 charger 5,7 any ideas?

Did you ever get a response on this? I just got my trinity last night. I am not sure I would have bought it had I visited thus forum first. I was unable to install the software on Windows 8 but have found information now that should resolve that.I hope I don't end up regretting this purchase!

Trinity is now updated to 1r11b and still have the same problem. Every warning light on the dash comes on, with a "no buss" msg. along with the wipers coming on. Also the starter on/off button will would not respond unless I pull the obdII connection. I have 2 1/4 mile races this weekend and hope to get this resolved. I can still send a tune to the vehicle and adjust settings but can not use the tool plugged into the vehicle whilst running.

UPDATE UPDATE!!!!


I have found the problem. The cable leading into the Trinity is causing the problem. It has became loose and is causing the problem with data logging on the device. I am glad this never caused a problem with writing a tune to the vehicle or original backup. Now how can I get another cable from Diablo or will another aftermarket cable will work with the Trinity.

I am so glad Diablo has a new cord in the store but I need one by Thursday. I will try to contact the sales team tomorrow to see if I can get it faster. Check your cords people as that can be one of the problems.
