Trinity keeps freezing after 2011 up chrysler update

I just installed my trinity on my laptop and immediately downloaded the update for my 2013 Chrysler 300c 5.7 hemi. After downloading and installing my handheld keeps freezing and the screen goes all acid trip looking. Any ideas on what I should do?

and now my dsdownloader cant find my tool.

unplug the tool
hold the left button down
plug the usb in, hold the button while it boots.

once it boots to vehicle selection, let dsdl find it, and send the 1r11 mega crom to correct this.
