Install OEM stopped mid process

Long story short. Drive shaft broke on '13 RT. Went to pull out HemiFever tune to install OEM before taking to dealer. Tuner hit 100% said turn key off. Turn key on. Started loading n stopped. I waited 10 mins. Nothing happened. Turned off key. Disconnect tuner. Reconnect tuner. Get message stating last tune did not finish the original will be restored. Hit ok. Restore original back up. Yes or No. So I hit yes. Tuner starts to load and says turn key to on. So I did. Get error message:

custom tune error; crc mismatch tool
PCM- then a bunch of numbers

Please use options Custom Tune to load or erase custom tune. Hit continue. Get custom tune error. Press center button to see. So press center button. And thats it. Tuner shuts off. And whole cycle including error messages starts all over.

I have reinstalled the OEM a few months back and all was ok and put back custom tune.

Help!! I need to get OEM or Custom in. The car wont start at all.

connect it to a pc, erase the custom tune, then try the restore again.

I have just had the same thing happen. What was the process in getting it fixed.
I have called for emergency help from everyone at Diablo. The car is stuck.
