13 SRT8 Challenger help needed.

Plugged my Trinity in to my 13 SRT8 Challenger right when I got the car just to use the gauges function, not to tune, and it locked up my information center screen below my speedometer. Took the Trinity off and had to have the dealership flash the computer to fix the problem. Thought that the latest update for the Trinity fixed this so updated and tuned my car now info center locks up again. Can't keep bringing it to the dealership because of a problem caused by a tuner. What's the deal and what do I need to do to fix this?

Well bad went to worse last night. Restored to factory for a trip to the dealership this morning, my amp had to be replaced and now I have a CEL with about 10 codes. Things like injector problems and pressure imbalance. WTF? getting it flashed again today and I'm done with this Trinity. It worked great on my truck, never had a single problem with it and used it all the time.

I cant really tell what the issue is from that pic...does disconnecting the battery help?

That was what my EVIC looked like all the time. Never could see my odometer or any information in the EVIC. Disconnecting the battery didn't change anything.

How long is the warranty on the Trinity? Mine is a little over a year old.

it is a 1 year warranty.

That's what I figured. Not gonna spend the money to fix something that I won't be putting back on my car. Just left the dealership after being there all day and they was able to clear the codes buy my EVIC is still locked up so I can't see any of the info on it and my launch control no longer works. I'm sure that won't be covered under my cars warranty either since it was caused by a tuner.

I am wondering if there was ever a solution to this? I also had my evic lock up. My Launch control also doesnt work. I just reset to factory and the launch control works fine. I am updating the tuner now and installing a Johan Tune....hopefully it all works
