where do I find it with windows 8?

JR, I would advise against trying the burner on win8, as its going to be tough, but it can be done.
if you have an older PC to use it on, that would be my best suggestion.
The file you need is here and goes here:
C:\ChipMaster Revolution\Revolution Applications\Burner
