05 300 touring tune help

So I have a big bully air intake, straight pipes, and have 18"RT wheels.

I'm running the 91oct tune, rev limiter at 5k and too speed limiter at 190 for whatever good it does. What can I do to increase torque? Also what's a good setting for WOT Spark, WOT fuel and increase throttle response.

You need increased velocity to increase torque. First thing you can do is put a set of cats and mufflers on the car. Then increase the flow on the intake side. You aren't gonna make any torque with straight pipes.
