PCM not supported

Purchased a predator U7137 off CL and am unable to marry it up to my truck. it shows that it is currently not married and when i run through the perf tune it attempts to save the stock tune and shows unable to communicate with PCM.

Truck is 06 Ram 1500 w/ 4.7

no specific code, just says PCM not supported after several tries of making certain ignition is turned to "on".

did you read those cals out with the tool?

Yes, that is with the tool hooked up.

that is supported, can you try it again and try to take notes as to what happens?

No problem, here is whats going on...
plug tuner in, it shows booting U7137, then checking app.
then home screen, i select performance tune and agree to terms
turn ignition on and apply parking brake
continue, select performance trans tune, it the says your original backup will be saved
i hit continue, the truck beeps, reads pcm all the way to 100 percent,
turn key off, tun key on (here is where the error occurs) it then says unable to communicate pcm
try again twice and then says unplug tool and try again.

Downloaded the calibration update to the tool, when I hooked it back up to my truck i followed the steps to perform the calibration update. The screen showed updating the PCM all the way to 100 percent then the TCM all the way to 100 percent, then turn key off and when i turned the key on i received the following error:
Write failed <failsafe> unable to update PCM.

Any idea what is causing this?
