2010 Ram Calibration Downgrade

So I have been running the Predator for about 2 years now. I got a custom tune from Hemifever almost a year ago. Well I cooked my tranny about a month and a half ago and got it back from the dealer last week. I tried loading back up the DS 93 tune that I was running to see how the transmission did before I loaded the Hemifever tune. Didn't make it too far in the tune though, I got the following message pop up: "Your calibration is 05187962AF and it is not supported. We need to downgrade to 05187962AD in order to continue." I then could have selected to Agree or Disagree. I dont mind agreeing with it one bit, but will the dealer then be able to see that it was downgraded? Maybe my CROM needs to be upgraded?

let it do what it asks first, then load the canned tunes, then load your custom tune

So the it wont affect anything with the dealer reading an incorrect cal file?

no, there is nothing "incorrect" about this cal file. the file we are loading is a factory calibration
