Cannot Update Intune

If someone can message me or call me on this, trying to update this customers intune and have tried it on 3 different computer operating systems with no luck. Auto update or manually selecting the Intune.e x e does not work.

This is the error message I get now..

"Diablosport inTune Update utility has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

After waiting for it to auto update I get this error message on the intune..Or manually trying to copy the update file to intune we get this error.

"This intune cannot be updated until it is registered" - But we have been unable to register it.

Is there something you can send me to update & fix this or reset this thing somehow.

save the attached file to the intune drive, and let it reboot and import the update, then try updating the tool once more and see if you receive the same message.

Nope, same error "this intune cannot be updated until it is registered" when click continue next error message is
"failed to install cdrom-1r01p.itf" and everytime it connects it gets a failure message on all three of my computers.

delete all the files that you have added to the intune drive, and post a new info.xml file please.

put this file on the intune drive and it will register it, then load the cd rom file garrett posted and let it reboot, then let auto updater run and it will go for a while updating everything.

This tool is like 2 or 3 years back dated currently...

Hi Mike. i try to make the last update, i have now 1r03y, when i drop the new update file in the folder, the unit try to make the update but show this error:
"the current firmware revision (1r03y) cannot be replced by the firware package within the intune 1r03x.itf"

if it already has y, you dont need to load x as it is older...

Took a few hours being plugged in, but it finally says tool is up to date. Can you check this info file & make sure everything looks as its suppose to. Thanks for everyones help
