Fog/driving lights on with high beams

I just found out from my Chrysler dealer they are putting lift kits on new jeeps and buying a programmer for them to go in and identify the new tire size as the lift kits also come with new tires and rims. But they also told me the programmer could set the fog/driving lights to stay on with the high beams so now it is possible. A lot of people have been asking for this so when can we finally get this feature enabled?

I had a 2006 300C SRT8 and I had the dealer hook it to their computer and set my car to European lights and the fogs stayed on with high beams This is illegal in the USA.
