update problem

Trying to update from 1r03t to newest keep getting fail screen saying can not be replaced by the filmware package within group_update4. any thing I can do to get updated?

load the attached update to the intune drive and let the tool import it then run the updater again and it will work.

Yep that was the winning ticket. THANKS it updated just fine now.

Maybe I'm a little slow with a computer. But could you give step by step instructions on...load the attached update to the intune drive. I have not been able to do this. what folder does it go in?

when you connect the intune to the comp, 2 "drives" will appear. One will be the drive with the intune application and other files, the other will be the drive with the folders "logs", "tunes" and a third folder. Drag the file mike gave you above into the drive with the logs, tunes etc drive and leave it there. (not in a folder, just the drive itself). If you try to put the file in the other drive, it won't let you anyway, so don't worry. After you drag the file there, wait a few seconds and the intune will do what you want to automatically. then open the intune application and it will do the rest. When all done it will say it's up to date.

It seems that others had the same issue and has now been resolved, as I have successfully updated the tool today.
I logged data last week as I was having issues with the cars performance.
