Custom tune or no

Ok so I have a 2010 dodge ram 1500 crew cab with the 5.7l hemi
I just put a moes 87mm ported throttle body on cai, Bbk headers, Borla muffler,deleted resonators,
a transgo shift kit with line booster 180 deg. Thermostat and a catch can. My question is would it be worth getting a custom tune or not? Right now I am running the diablo tune with the intune I-1000

Yes a custom tune would benefit you more than using the canned tune. The headers is what really requires the custom tune as the canned tunes still leave a little on the table.

Go with Johan (diablotoona) or HemiFever and you will not be disappointed.
