Error unlock messages are generally PCM issues.
What do I have to do now with that PCM issues. Please.

What do you mean see the dealer to flash it! It is not my fault that the tuner give me this error! And how the hell you want me to asked the dealer to flash the PCM because I had a error whit the Diablo Sport Trinity Tuner come on what it is going on whit this tuner. I'm so sorry that I but that tuner with all error's is giving to most people who as it!!! Are you going to pay for the flash if I do it I don't think you will! Good one Diablo! And who care's about custom tune when this tuner does not work the way it is suppose to be.
Thanks for reading!

you asked a very general question, and I provided a good answer.

You never said anything about even having one of our tuners.

We don't lock PCMs.
We don't change the seed/key. If your PCM will not unlock, its an issue with the PCM, not something the Trinity did.

Please, ask more thorough questions in the future so I can provide better answers for you.

Thanks

Yes I do have one of your tuner.
And an having the custom tune from hemifever 89 octane and yes it will load the tune without trying changing anything. But went I try to disable the traction control and install the tune now it say's the tune was not put in the vehicle. So I look at the info option and it say's PCM: ERROR Unlock for Reflash (-18)
Thanks.

Grizz,

That was one of the messages I got while my Jeep went down the tubes with the v.1r13 update. However, it didn't have any trouble reloading the factory backup. I've tried installing and reinstalling the performance tunes and it says successful, but Lord knows it's not working. I'm at a loss.

Another thing is customer service. I've been reading this forum over and over.....80-90% of questions go unanswered and if you do get an answer, it takes days or weeks.
We'll gladly take your $600, but you're on your own after that. :punisher:

Thats bullshit and you know it. If you ask on the weekend, sure you won't get an immediate response, because they don't work on the weekends. Ask during the week and normally you'll get an answer the same day, if not within the hour. If you need an immediate response, pick up the damn phone.

With this issue, clearly they don't have the answers. Whats the point of saying anything if its just a BS response?

Before you call my post bullshit, why don't you take a quick look around. It doesn't take long to see that peoples questions go unanswered often. I've been on here since 2010, and it's been consistent with unanswered questions. See the post above, how many days have elapsed since he replied. He provided more specific information and hasn't been answered since August 21st.

TOPIC- 2011+ Dodge, Chrysler, Ram and Jeep Tuning:
There are still questions that have gone unanswered since March 16th and August 16th. In regards to the phone, I work during the week and can't call during business hours, if you have any other einstien moments, don't hold back, let them flow.

Thanks for responding, but my mind hasn't been changed, customer service is less than stellar.

I can't blame them for not answering in that thread. Its a sticky, it doesn't go to the top, so its very easy to miss. If they're anything like me, they don't even look at sticky threads anymore. Start a regular thread and they'll see it and answer.

Thanks, I'll give that a try when I get a minute to start a new one.

Yea Levy i'd say your post is bullshit.
.
Their phone manners also suck.
So before you start flapping your lips Levy, read some of the unhappy posts that have gone un answered.
Diablo's percentage of problems to sales ratio is way to fucking high.
I agree being first to market is total bullshit if you don't have things ready to go to market.
It took 10 days to install my Trinity and way to many phone calls into my 2013 4.7 Ram.
Also cost me a couple extra cases of beer that i gave the young guys at the local speed shop for all the work they put into getting my Trinity to work.
Wasn't their fault Diablo's shit wasn't ready.
I'll be looking to collect my beer,if i ever run into somebody from Diablo.
So a little caution might advised Levy, and maybe do a little thinking before you post your assine comments about stickies,it's their fucking board,so make a point of reading the fucking thing "DAILY"

Thank you for everybody who have interest in my post! And yes I did post 3 different post about the same question about the error that the trinity give me in different way's and it seem like nobody care's about it or they do!!! to find a fix for it. But that is not the fact when you guy's say you have a new update or a fix for trinity ready for certain model make sure you have it right the first time or just don't use us as a rat lab test to fix your mistake. And by the way I am 50 year hold and I do not have time for that kind of bullshit do you know what I mean! Get her Done!!! :punisher: Thank you for reading.

Read Daily? They're here on business days. They read what they see. If they don't see posts because they're posted in Stickys, oh well, they don't answer.
Problems to sales ratio high? In your dreams! They've sold hundreds of thousands of tuners. Less than 1% of those people complain. I'd say they're doing pretty damn well. Microsoft or Apple would kill for that ratio.

There were never any of these problems until Chrysler started encrypting things. Maybe they should have told all the Chrysler customers to go screw off and buy a GM or Ford and not given any Chrysler support. Would you have preferred that? No you wouldn't. You would have been here with the rest, whining. Instead of bitching and moaning, just be happy they choose to support your cars at all. I can't even get that. Or better yet, blame Chrysler and Fiat. Its their fault.

so, is there a question here? :)

FWIW, Mike is correct, the number of issues vs sales is incredibly low, maybe closer to 2% these days. While Id prefer nobody ever had an issue, the rate of issues is not terrible.
