U7135, no 91 octane tune available

I sold a customer a U7135 Predator, updated to 9r31. He says it only has 93 performance tune, 93cai tune & gas mileage tune but he was hoping for a 91 octane tune. Can somebody please shed some light on this? Thanks

there were not room for 91 and 93 tunes for exports unfortunately.

this vehicle is a '07 charger police package. Is there a simple "slight" de-tune that I can do quickly to get me close to a 91 tune ????

use the tool to pull 2* of spark in all 3 WOT spark and MBT spark ranges.

can I do this to an existing tune or do I start over with a new 93 octane tune ?
