I tried tuning my 2014 F150 ecoboost with the diablo 87 tune when it comes time to read my original backup it asks to "download from the internet or read the ECM which takes 60 minutes".
I tried both options and the truck turns itself off after a while (at about 65% on the intune) to conserve battery life thus rebooting the intune and the internet option tells me to connect to PC?

What do I do?
Instead of reading it hit the download option. Once you've done that you'll notice the tool will reboot then go back to the pc and run DSdownloader and the calibration update button will pop up, click it and it will download the stock image for that vehicle. Then once you've done that go back to the vehicle and continue on as normal. In order to do the actual read of the vehicle you need ot turn off the battery conservation and have a battery charger on the vehicle as it will be every bit of 45 minutes to read from the pcm.

No problem then. Similar process except you don't use dsdownloader. Just tell it to download like before and then go plug into pc wait for everything to boot up and then once it has run the updater when it asks (provided you have autorun on with windows) and it will automatically download the calibration. You will see it doing this.
If you do not have auto run enabled with windows (most factory setups have it enabled) then just go to my computer and click the drive that looks like intune icon and it will pop up and do everything and let you know when it's done.

Ok so I have another competitors tuner in my 2011 f150 platinum ecoboost and mid throttle pinging or what sounds like marbles in a can rattling. Mike is the name of the "Custom Tuner". I it possible to lower the timing at a set rpm ? Say 2300 RPM.
Also do you guys offer custom tunes for , BBK T/B, Solo Catted H/F downpipes, Full Race cat-Back exhaust, AFE Stage 2 CAI, Full Race intercooler and Charge Pipes, Full Race T/B Spacer, TurboSmart Wastegate actuators, TurboSmart BOV.
should it stay on 0% for 10 min. while reading factory tune.. or am i being impatient... I read somewhere it takes a bit... also in the blog read something about turning off battery conservation in truck but couldnt find that.. 2012 ecoboost truck
