First time use not working (pics included)

Hey all, so I have plugged my intune in to my truck for the first time and tried to "write" the vehicle, waited for the prompts and it said:



So naturally I plugged it into my laptop and it started to update to version 4, I didn't press anything plugged it in let it do it's thing than unplugged it

Tried again and got the same message. Except this time I said no update and got this



I'm terrible with computers so I have no idea what to do

on the first screen, you have to click the check mark then check for updates on a PC.

Please post the info.xml file from the intune drive.
