Altering a custom tune

I have a u7145 predator with a custom tune and yesterday I had a 4.10 gear installed. My question is simple, can I modify the custom tune for the 4.10 or do I have to pay a tuner again :blowup: ?

You should be able to make the modifications with the handheld.
