Intune update long time

I plugged my intune into my computer to upload a tune , and it ran the update and started update. Was like ok cool went and did some things came back hour later still updating. Checked back again and still updating after 2 hours 20 mins. I don't want to unhook it , I just find this to be abnormally long compared to previous updates. Any info greatly appreciated. Though its the middle of the night and won't get a response till the morning, hopefully the process will be done in next 5 hours .

Ok so it's been about 12 hours, and nothing has changed, the updater still shows full red bar and don't unplug it's updating, pretty sure something isn't right. Should I unplug it and start over or what should I do, I have attached a photo of what the handheld looks like and screen, I started tis download last night around midnight cst.

Update: close thread fixed. I called in and talked to a support agent. They had me unplug it a restart the process, it took about 3 mins to update after that. Not saying if yours it taking a long time unplug, but after like 6 hours maybe.
