I'm looking for some help on what I have done wrong in the set up of my new intune. I just recieved the programmer, and plugged it into my computer so it could update and so I could register. Once it was finished updating, I plugged it into my truck to attempt to write a tune. The message I recieved was " TCM Calibration for VIN might need an update. Attempt a backup read?" I clicked the check and once it finished, it told me to email my file to [email protected]. I went back to my computer an checked again for updates, and it said my intune was up to date. It will let me load a tune, but I'm given no options for my TCM. What did I do wrong? I've uploaded the info. Thanks in Advance!
David

I emailed the file as well. I didn't know which would be the best way to get it resolved, so I did both.

Re: TCM Calibration Issue
If you've emailed this to us, then as soon as your TCM becomes supported, we will email you with an update. This normally only takes a few days or so.
