intune will not accept custom tune.

I made a custom tune for a customer on a 2000 chevy 2500 truck. When I drag the tune to the intune file it does not load on the intune. What could be the problem.

Depends on what the intune says. Should show a message with the issue. Did you make it from the backup or last tune written?

I made the tune from the last tune written but I used the original backup as the fixed file. The intune does not say anything. When I drag the file over to the intune tunes file the file shows to be there but the intune does nothing. Only tunes the diablo tunes show up when you plug it in to the vehicle and if you try to erase the custom tune is says not custom tune.

It seems to be like the intune is not communicating.
